Pinole Modern Dentistry has been my oral health care facility for the past 3 years. The receptionist staff has always been kind, proficient and professional. The facility has always been clean with plenty of seating in the waiting area. I have always been serviced at or very close to my appointment schedule time. I visited early on with Dr. Teang for 2 cavities that needed repair. He was very kind, considerate and professional. He repaired both cavities with no pain in half the time taken by dentists of my past. The bulk of my time at the facility during the 3 years has been spent with Rubab Reza, Dental Hygienist, at my request. I see her every 3 to 6 months for hygiene check ups. She is the real Super Star at the facility. She is intelligent, knowledgeable in her field, competent and confident doing her job. She thoroughly reviews my health history with me at each visit. She walks me through her observations since my last visit and then the treatments being done that day. When her work for the visit is done, she counsels me on what I need to do going forward to maintain my oral health. She shows accountability to me which makes me want to show the same to her when I show up for my next visit. If Pinole Modern Dentistry decides to expand to another city, please do not relocate Rubab.
